Reward Scheme Terms and Conditions
1. TNG Reward Points have a face value of 0.001p each and are not redeemable for cash.
2. All participants in the scheme must be residents of the UK and be over 18 years of age.
3. TNG Reward Points are not transferrable and can only be used by the account holder for their own personal use.
4. You will earn 1 TNG Reward Point for every £1 spent. This can be varied at any time.
5. TNG Reward Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers at a rate of 50 points per £1 or any other rate specified for certain of TNG’s websites. This can be varied at any time.
6. TNG will use your shopping details to understand your buying habits and to offer tailored promotions from time to time (unless you tell us not to).
7. TNG will share your information with its Reward Scheme partner – CBSL – who will only use the information to administer the scheme on TNG’s behalf. The information you provide will not be given or sold to any other party.
8. Statements will be sent out quarterly and points are only awarded at the end of each quarter. Points may be redeemed at any time, but please allow 7 days for the discount voucher to be issued.
9. Any disputes over points balances should be referred to the Customer Services Manager at The Needham Group. All queries will be investigated and all reasonable attempts made to resolve problems. However TNG reserves the right to make a final and binding decision.
10. The TNG reward scheme is a promotion offered by The Needham Group websites to encourage loyalty and reward referrals. It can be withdrawn or varied at any time. If it is withdrawn, customers may, at the discretion of the company, be given 30 days to redeem any outstanding points for vouchers and a further 30 days to redeem their vouchers against goods.
11. TNG reserves the right to remove any customer from the scheme if it reasonably believes that any abuse of the system is taking place or has been attempted. Signing up an abnormal amount of referred customers would constitute abuse of the system.
